As well as delegating jobs to us we can make suggestions of ways you can automate your processes. We believe in leveraging technology and people in order to streamline your business. If there’s a way to use automation we don’t feel like this is ‘doing us out of a job’, this just enhances the services we can provide to you. By automating certain processes we can concentrate on the jobs which truly need people behind them.


Asana


At Two Birds Resources we use Asana to map out all of our client work. By creating your own Asana account and inviting us to become a member of your project within Asana we can collaborate together. This way you can assign tasks to use as you think of them, that way they dont’ get forgotten about.



Regular meetings


We believe having regular meetings with our clients is key to building our relationship. Getting to know one another is key for us to give you the best support possible. Some of the best ideas come up during our meetings. Clients can use us as a sounding board, and someone who they can offload to, especially if you’re someone who works alone. Having a rant can do you the world of good! You may find we have a great solution to your problems!


Getting to know one another on a more personal level means we can interpret your branding much better. We can make your social media and emails sound much more personalised and more like you.
